What inspired you to become an artist?
Nothing SPECIFICALLY? I guess the fact that I've been drawing pictures since the age of six, and that I never let it go. It's always been my hyperfocus/comfort activity.

As a book cover illustrator, what book genre is your favorite?
Before I stopped giving myself the time to read, it's always been modern fantasy or modern supernatural. Like the book series Leven Thumps by Obert Skye and Lockwood & Co by Jonathan Stroud. Those have been my ultimate favorites right down to the setting, the storyline, the characters, I just loved it.

Please tell us about your new comic book: The Sorcerer's Ghost!
It's a sequel to a comic I wrote back in 2019-2021, Mallace Mahogany and The Sorcerer Of Mt. Steria. It was a short comic where the storyline stemmed from a dream I had several years ago. The dreams that seem to have a story of their own always inspire me to make a comic from it, so I can see if I can evoke the same feelings from the dream to the readers. But anyway, The Sorcerer's Ghost can be read on Tapas and it's a much longer sequel that follows the main character's life during a span of about a week after she gets back home. There's violence, ghosts, witches and friendly fathers.

What is the most gratifying feedback you've received?
Probably when someone told me how much they loved reading my comic. I don't glorify my stories as a masterpiece, but I love to see that they effect the readers positively and it gives me joy to hear their positive feedback.
